In this project we were supposed to edit a real image and make it one of a kind. For one of these images, I choose the "Dodge Demon", and an image of an eye to Photoshop. In this project, I used various selection tools and color adjustments to edit the image. Using the Dodge Demon as my example, on the left is the original image, unedited, and on the right, is the edited version. There are some flaws obviously, but I think they mostly reside in the lighting. My idea behind this Photoshop was to take the standard Dodge Demon and turn it into a custom version that, given the money, I'd actually like to buy.
In this project I was introduced to Adobe Photoshop. We started by finding objects either on the internet, or that we took pictures of. These objects represented letters but were otherwise completely random objects. This project taught us to see the world with a different perspective. Instead of simply seeing a garden hose, I saw the letters "S" and "N". After taking these pictures we used Photoshop to edit the images into our names, and then placed filters over them.
